"WITH YOUR TICKET"

Lace up and join us for an unforgettable sneaker experience. This is the ultimate sneaker experience for fans of street culture, fashion, or art! Upon arrival, freely travel through various, instagrammable exhibits, and participate in a hands-on sneaker design workshop!

  • The base price of tickets vary by persons age; however, children ages 2 & under do not require a ticket.

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Sneakerhead University is registered as a place of amusement, tickets are subject to an additional 12% tax rate; 9% city tax and 3% county tax.

  • Children ages 13 & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18 or over.

  • All tickets must be purchased online. We do not offer an on-site ticketing option.

  • Timed entry is required to maintain a safe, enjoyable, socially distanced flow.

  • Please arrive promptly at your reservation time.

  • You are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before your ticketed time slot to ensure entry. If you are late for your time slot, your ticket is no longer valid and entry is not guaranteed The tickets will have a 10-minute grace period.

  • Your ticket is only valid on the date of the ticket. Please confirm your ticket date while purchasing

  • One ID must match one person in your party

By entering Sneakerhead University, you consent to Sneakerhead University’s use and publication of your image, likeness and/or name, and those of anyone in your party over whom you have custody or guardianship, anywhere, for any purpose, in perpetuity, and you waive and release all rights and claims related thereto.

 
Sneakerhead University strictly prohibits:
  • Possession of firearms or other weapons of any kind, alcohol, illegal substances, physically violent or verbally abusive actions and behaviors

  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) inside of the property

  • Large bags, food and beverages are not allowed in the museum, they are permitted into the workshop.

  • Discriminatory actions, displays, or statements of any kind

  • Sneakerhead University staff reserves the right to ask visitors who do not follow these measures and other museum policies to leave the museum’s property immediately.
